Taylor Swift is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on December 13, 1989, in West Reading, Pennsylvania, U.S., but relocated to Tennessee to start her music career. The pop star made her mark in the music world with an eponymous self-titled debut album at the age of 16. Tim McGraw, Taylor's first single, was on the Billboard Country Singles chart for over eight months.
