Julia Fox unveils shocking reason for surgeries

Julia Fox opened up about how she regrets getting her plastic surgeries, as well as candidly disclosing that the procedures were a result of societal expectations.

The Him star, who has talked about getting botox, veneers, a rhinoplasty and a liposuction, revealed that the enhancements were all to look more appealing to men.

In a cover story for Allure, she stated, “It's super important when you become famous or a public figure to be transparent. Now, when I see someone and I can tell they've never done anything ... I wish I could go back and be that person.”

“I was so hung up on this idea that I needed to be attractive to men so that I could survive,” Julia continued.

The 35-year-old then noted that she believes that other influential figures should also talk about their procedures, so that young, impressionable girls are not left feeling confused.

Julia also talked about embracing herself and overcoming her fears with aging but not getting any more surgeries done.

However, the Night Always Comes actress has not fully closed off and turned away from the enhancements, and is still thinking about which route she wants to take.
