Denise Richards accuses Aaron Phypers of leaking explicit photos

Denise Richards is revealing new information as the divorce proceedings between her and Aaron Phypers continue.

The reality TV star claimed that weeks after she filed for a divorce from him, he leaked nude photographs of her to ruin her reputation.

Of the impact the pictures had on the two daughters she shares with ex Charlie Sheen, she said, "It’s been difficult for my daughters, especially with the naked photos. I'm so embarrassed and shameful as a mom. [My daughter] couldn't go to church."

Richards had petitioned the court in July, saying that Phypers had stolen her computer and "disseminated private information, including nude photographs". It was followed by an order from Judge Nicole Bershon to return it within 48 hours.

In the petition she filed to receive a temporary restraining order against him, she explained, "Aaron stole my laptop and sent private text messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission. Aaron threatened that I would 'disappear' if I called the police.”

Phypers has repeatedly denied the allegations, including the ones of severe physical and emotional abuse detailed by Richards in court, "I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise's laptop or cell phones. These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth."

However, he ended up admitting to distributing the photos at court when explaining how he had gotten them, "I took pictures with my phone of her phone. This was stuff she was hiding from me. I didn't think it was private. … My wife was cheating on me."

When asked by her attorney if he thought it would violate her privacy to distribute those photos, Phypers said he did not, "No absolutely not. She was already sharing with someone."

The divorce proceedings for the estranged couple continue to rage on amid concerning allegations.
