Aaron Phypers is strongly denying all of the abuse allegations made by his former wife Denise Richards in court.
“I never physically harmed Denise Richards… I never threatened to harm her… I did not threaten to kill anybody,” said the actor.
He also claimed that the testimonies made validating her claims were fake, "A lot of people like to be close to the stars. They’ll do things for them."
Refusing that he had called her a line of profanities that Richards claimed he had, Phypers added, “I’ve never called her a b****… I’ve called her a liar, yes. But not a b****, no.”
The actor made the claim that she had called him 17 times after she had gotten a temporary restraining order against him.
“She has many phone numbers… some of them she had before and are inactive or she reactivated,” he explained, revealing that he had not received any of the calls.
His testimony only comes a day after Richards broke down on the stand while recalling the alleged abuse she suffered at his hands.
The reality TV star said that Phypers had “caused me at least three concussions”, even giving her a black eye on January 17, 2022 as he “slammed me up against the concrete wall and my head hit it”.
The third concussion allegedly occurred when he “was squeezing my head so hard” and “felt like he was crushing my skull.”
Phypers readily denied every occurrence of abuse mentioned by Richards.
