Meghan Markle reportedly bristled when Taylor Swift unveiled her new album just hours after the Duchess released the season-two trailer for With Love, Meghan.
Posting her teaser on August 12, Meghan told followers the series returns August 26 on Netflix.
But later that day, the New Heights podcast teased a “special guest” for August 13, and Taylor appeared to announce The Life of a Showgirl, a reveal that racked up a reported 167 million views in 24 hours.
According to royal commentator Rob Shuter, Meghan believed her trailer “would own the news cycle,” only for Taylor’s announcement to “come in like a wrecking ball.”
A source claims Meghan is “convinced it wasn’t just bad luck,” seeing the pop star’s bombshell as siphoning off her “comeback moment.”
Season two of With Love, Meghan will roll out eight episodes simultaneously.
Expect friendly faces, including Chrissy Teigen, make-up mogul Daniel Martin and author-podcaster Jay Shetty, alongside more home-cooking, crafts and sparkling kitchen chat.
Season one premiered in March 2025.
