While Prince George’s destiny as a future King is already written, a royal insider has shared an unexpected prediction about the futures of his younger siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold, who worked for King Charles (then the Prince of Wales) from 2004 to 2011, told Study Dog that the Prince and Princess of Wales will likely give their younger children the freedom to forge their own paths — even outside royal life.

“I think they could pursue a career outside of being a full-time working royal,” Harrold explained.

“If Charlotte turned around and said, ‘I really want to become an architect,’ I think William would be welcoming of that.”

He added that both Prince William and Princess Kate are keen to modernise the monarchy and ensure their children lead balanced, grounded lives.

Reports have previously suggested that Prince Louis, seven, dreams of becoming a fighter pilot, Princess Charlotte, 10, has shown interest in nursing, and Prince George, 12, once said he wanted to work in a restaurant.
