Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, could be set to make a rare return to the UK for the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham, according to new reports.
The international sporting event for wounded veterans, founded by Harry in 2014, will take place from July 10 to July 17, 2027, marking the first time it’s been hosted in the UK since 2014.
While the Duke of Sussex is certain to attend, speculation is growing that Meghan may join him, and possibly bring their children along for what would be Archie and Lilibet’s first public appearance in Britain since 2022.
Security concerns have often kept the Sussex children stateside, but Harry recently hinted his stance is softening.
Speaking to The Guardian after reuniting with King Charles in September, he said: “I would [bring them]. This week has definitely brought that closer.”
