Pop sensation Billie Eilish was born on December 18, 2001. In 2015, the then-13-year-old began working on music with her brother Finneas and recorded their first songs together which were She's Broken and Fingers Crossed, the former written by her brother and the latter by Eilish. However, it was not until later in the same year when she released her debut single Ocean Eyes that she grabbed the world’s attention as well as major record labels alike. She ended up signing with record label Darkroom in 2016 and began her illustrious music career.
She released an eight-song EP with her brother Don’t Smile at Me in 2017 that peaked at 14 on the Billboard 200 chart. Billie released her debut album in March 2019, called When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? which hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart and subsequently won a Grammy for album of the year in 2020. Furthermore, one of the songs in the album, Bad Guy, grabbed the singer another Grammy for song of the year.
Billie also has an Oscar to her name as she and Finneas wrote and performed No Time to Die for a James Bond film and was given the best original song accolade.
