Billie Eilish had a true fan-girl moment as she walked on Coachella stage with Justin Bieber singing One Less Lonely Girl.
As the 24-year-old singer blushed hard in front of thousands of fans, her mother broke her silence to express gratitude towards the pop icon.
Maggie Baird turned to her Instagram and penned down a statement, calling it “one of the most touching moments ever.”
She reflected on fulfilling the desires of children as they develop “these deep deep connections to artists who move them and usually there’s nothing in our power to do.”
Maggie shared that they would buy a “ticket to a concert (or a movie of a concert in our case because we couldn’t afford to see an actual concert.”
According to her, this was a “crazy unimaginable dream come true over many years” for the family. She thanked the Baby crooner for “the kindness” he shows towards Billie.
The pop-icon’s mother also expressed gratitude towards his wife Hailey, crediting her for making “so many things wonderful and possible.”
Although it was initially rumoured that the Rhode founder was jealous of the situation, circulating clips revealed that the songstress was pushed towards the stage by the model.
She danced and cheered for Billie as she enjoyed the full-circle moment with Justin, embracing him tightly.
