Meghan Markle may need to shake things up if she wants to land a third season of her hit Netflix series With Love, Meghan.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, dropped the second instalment of her feel-good cooking and hosting show in August, after the first season premiered back in March.
Both seasons were filmed simultaneously, meaning no new production was needed the second time around.
According to Netflix’s latest Engagement Report, released in July, With Love, Meghan ranked No. 383 with 5.3 million views during the first half of 2025, respectable, but not a breakout hit.
Now, a celebrity PR expert says there are two key things Meghan must deliver if she hopes to keep her deal with Netflix alive: Bring in “well-loved special guests.” And, introduce “fresh, thought-provoking ideas.”
Speaking to Action Network, celebrity PR specialist Kayley Cornelius explained: “If the Duchess wants to be taken seriously in her new venture and regarded as a respected figure in the field, she’ll have to offer far more than the feel-good concepts we’ve seen so far.”
Cornelius added that Meghan’s next season would need “originality and substance”, something “that offers genuine value beyond what the average viewer can already find online.”
“Ultimately, viewership figures and public sentiment will determine whether Netflix decides to extend its partnership with her,” she said.
“The outlook isn’t particularly bright, and it would likely need a major creative rethink to turn things around.”
