Meghan Markle surprised fans with a rare Instagram update, and it featured a heart-melting moment with Prince Harry.

To mark World Mental Health Day, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, shared a behind-the-scenes black-and-white clip from Thursday night’s Project Healthy Minds Gala in New York City, where the couple were honoured as Humanitarians of the Year.

In the short seven-second video, Harry is seen rehearsing what appears to be his speech ahead of the ceremony, while Meghan gets ready beside him, delicately fastening her earrings.

The duchess added a simple but loving caption: “Happy World Mental Health Day … to the man that always keeps me laughing.”

The video, set to Sylvie Vartan’s “Baby C’est Vous,” gave fans an intimate peek at the couple’s off-camera chemistry, playful, calm, and perfectly in sync.

The post came just hours after the pair attended two major events in New York City, including Friday’s World Mental Health Day Festival.

At Thursday’s gala, Harry spoke about the dangers of social media, calling it “one of the most pressing issues of our time."
