Travis Kelce shares unforgettable proposal advice

Travis Kelce is handing out some proposal advice to fans after the swoon-worthy images of him and Taylor Swift from their photoshoot became a major source of inspiration.

The National Football League player spoke out for the first time after the internet breaking news was made public in a joint Instagram post by him and his songwriting fiancée.

In the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, the tight end was joined by brother and co-host Jason Kelce when he revealed that his initial idea for the proposal was entirely different from the flowery, fairytale one.

“I once thought I would do it on water,” the football player stated in the September 3rd episode.

After being asked for some advice on the way to choose the best way to propose, Travis shared some solid, practical advice.

“Man, you've gotta know your gal. You've gotta know your gal or your significant other. You’ve gotta know them,” he stated.

The Happy Gilmore 2 star shared that it was important to know your partner, to propose for the right reasons and all else will turn out beautiful.

Notably, Travis also highlighted that he felt giddy introducing Taylor as his fiancée to his team mates at the game last week and that he still feels that way.
