Adria Arjona is on a breakout April.

Andor actress was officially announced as having been cast in the James Gunn Superman sequel Man of Tomorrow.

This is for the role of Maxima an alien queen of the planet Almerac who has been both a love interest and a villain in the comics.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 33-year-old was awarded the top-secret part after a few screen tests among other finalists. 

David Corenswet is back as Superman, Nicholas Hoult is Lex Luthor, Rachel Brosnahan is Lois Lane and Lars Eidinger is Brainiac.

Man of Tomorrow is being released on July 9, 2027. Moreover, The remake will be out in theatres on March 5, 2027.

Notably, the American actress was present with Michael B. Jordan at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, April 15, to unveil the first trailer of The Thomas Crown Affair.

She plays the lead role of a woman who is pitted against a billionaire art thief, reprised by Jordan.

This year, Arjona visited Paris Fashion Week with the Balenciaga Fall/Winter 20262027 show.

The issue of her relationship with Jason Momoa continues to be in the spotlight; the pair went to the opening of The Wrecking Crew in London in January and Momoa marked her his love of life.
