Demi Lovato believes Max Ehrich did not have ‘good intentions’

Demi Lovato’s relationship and subsequent split from Max Ehrich has taken the internet by storm and according to reports, Demi never fully trusted her fiancé, right from the very beginning.

During an interview with E News a source close to the singer admitted that Demi did not believe Ehrich had good intentions towards her or their relationship.

The source was quoted saying, "There has been a lot of tension and Demi left him to get a clear head. She didn't know who Max truly was and didn't think he had good intentions.”

The insider also admitted that "there were many red flags she was ignoring and trying to turn a blind eye to."

In the end the singer came to realized that "she doesn't trust him and thinks he's sketchy.” Not only that, Demi also believes Ehrich proposed so early on in their relationship because he wanted “to get attention” through her well established fan base.

That is not to say however that the singer did not try to make her relationship work, "[She] really loved him and wanted it to work.” Currently, Demi is really upset and distraught about it” but is “doing ok” overall.
