Elizabeth Olsen leads 'Eternity' alongside Callum Turner and Miles Teller

Elizabeth Olsen teamed up with Callum Turner and Miles Teller to lead A24’s supernatural rom-com, Eternity.

In conversation with Extra, the 36-year-old actress said, “It’s a callback to Billy Wilder films. I think it’s gonna be a special romantic comedy that we’re all really proud of.”

She added, “I’m excited for it to come out this year.”

Directed by David Freyne, the film follows Joan, played by Olsen, who finds herself in the afterlife where she’s given an impossible task to choose between the man she spent her life with or her ex-husband, who died in the war.

Teller portrays Joan’s second husband, Larry, while Turner plays Luke, the first husband, who died young.

Eternity is produced by Trevor White and Tim White under Star Thrower Entertainment, and co-written by Freyne.

Netizens expressed their excitement about the trio’s upcoming project. 

Taking to social media, one fan wrote, “Elizabeth Olsen? In a beautiful little indie rom-com?? I AM SO SAT.” Another well-wisher penned, “Callum and Elizabeth look good together.”

On the professional front, Olsen recently appeared in The Assessment and His Three Daughters, having taken a break from Marvel, admitting that she does not have a role in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday.

Notably, Elizabeth has co-written two children's books, Hattie Harmony: Worry Detective and Hattie Harmony: Opening Night, with her husband, Robbie Arnett.

For the unversed, Eternity is slated for November 2025.
