Noah Wyle shared major update about the third season of The Pitt on HBO will be shot in late fall.
This news comes after the season two aired this year and finale on Thursday, April, 16.
According to People's Magazine, the 54-year-old actor playing the role of Dr. Michael 'Robby' Robinavitch told that the team is interested in preventing the ensemble.
Moreover, the American actor and television director revealed the group trying to maintain it at the same time providing variety in cases.
"We're sort of hard-pressed to try and find a passage of time that will keep our ensemble together as much as possible because it's such a revolving front door," he noted.
Further, he went on to stress, "You don't want to cast it so far in the future that we'd lose more characters than we want to."
He observed that medical cases are influenced by seasonal changes. "In the wintertime, you get more car accidents, more black ice, more boilers exploding and that kind of stuff. Different wardrobe, different vibe."
Wyle confirmed that "the plan" is for season three to take place around November. "Fall, late fall," he noted.
Season two was set on the Fourth of July after a 10-month time gap of the original series.
The last episode of season two had a big twist concerning the character of Dr. Robby.
Wyle is also an executive producer, writer and director of the medical drama, which is a hit.
Season three has not been announced to have a release date. HBO has not made any remarks regarding its release.
