Meghan Markle is set to launch her highly anticipated Napa Valley rosé wine on July 1, the same week King Charles has unveiled a surprising wine promotion of his own.
As part of English Wine Week, Highgrove Gardens, the King’s estate, is offering 15 per cent off its premium English sparkling wine when six or more bottles are purchased.
The King’s wine, made with grapes from the Herbert Hall Winery, retails at £34.95 and has already earned acclaim as the first premium English fizz under a reigning monarch.
Meanwhile, Meghan’s upcoming rosé, part of her lifestyle brand As Ever, has been described as a "bespoke blend" with “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish.”
It’s set to debut on what would have been Princess Diana’s 64th birthday.
Though Meghan’s price point remains undisclosed, her past products, including raspberry spread and floral sprinkles, sold out within minutes.
This unexpected clash of royal wines has fans buzzing about a potential "rosé rivalry" just in time for summer.
