Tristan Tate missed birth of his baby due to being in Romanian custody: attorney

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate’s attorney Tina Glandian has revealed shocking information regarding the brothers’ personal lives while they remain in custody in Romania.

During a press conference on Wednesday, Feb. 1, Glandian shared that the Tate brothers have lost their second appeal to be released after they were arrested in Romania over charges of human trafficking and rape late in December.

She claimed that the court should release the pair taking into consideration the “lack of evidence” against them.

Glandian also revealed that the appeal docs mentioned that Tristan Tate has a “new three-week-old baby” whose birth he missed because he was in prison.

It’s unclear who the mother of Tristan’s baby is, however, the controversial personality is currently dating Abigail Tyson.

While Glandian agreed that the Tate brothers are “controversial” personalities, she argued it was more about international human rights than a subjective view of their personalities.

Andrew and Tristan along with two alleged accomplices Luana Radu and Georgina Naghel will now remain behind bars until the end of February.
