Fortnite collaborates with Futurama

Fortnite has some new surprises for Futurama fans.

Three characters from the well-known cartoon series Futurama are now available in the item shop as part of a partnership between Fortnite and the program. Fry, Leela, or Bender can now be played by players while they engage in combat in the game. There is a glider version of the Planet Express vessel as well. There is also an emote that mimics Dr Zoidberg's well-known shuffle. Fans might be upset to see that the show's well-known "shut up and take my money!" meme is not represented by a meme.

Aside from the cooperation products, Fortnite's most recent update adds two new weapons: the powerful Mammoth Pistol and Bender's Shiny Metal Raygun, which has endless plasma rounds but can overheat with prolonged use.

The current season of Fortnite has fewer licensed tie-ins than prior seasons. The exceptions include Nike collaborations with Transformers and other brands. The Futurama collaboration is released at the same time as the show's Hulu season premiere.

Because of its ongoing partnerships with numerous entertainment properties, Fortnite is a favourite among gamers. Players from various fandoms are drawn to the game because it still provides interesting and distinctive experiences.
