Lil Nas X drops video for ‘Leagues of Legends’, ‘Star Walkin’

Lil Nas X just dropped new music.

On Thursday, the 23-year-old rapper and singer dropped the single and music video for the tune "Star Walkin'."

"Star Walkin'," a song by Lil Nas X, was created for the League of Legends computer game by Riot Games. The tune will be the new theme song for the 2022 World Championship of the sport.

The "Star Walkin'" video shows animated representations of League of Legends professional players traveling to San Francisco, the location of the World Championship finals this year.

The setting then shifts to reflect the fantasy aspects of the game.

Lil Nas X was humorously referred to as League of Legends' new president in a video that debuted last week to announce the partnership.

The singer will also create a Prestige skin for the new champion K'Sante in addition to "Star Walkin."

The 2022 League of Legends world championship will take contested in Mexico and the United States from September 29 to November 5.
