DaBaby explains the controversial JoJo Siwa lyric: 'I love Twitter bruh'

DaBaby means well towards JoJo Siwa, despite his offensive new song.

The 29-year-old rapper recently released his freestyle "Beatbox" remix where he took the 17-year-old star's name in an objectionable manner.

"N----, you a bitch / JoJo Siwa, bitch / She let the wrong n---- get rich," he sang.

After his offensive lyric angered fans on Twitter, the rapper went on to explain the real meaning behind his new song on the Nickelodeon star.

" I love Twitter bruh," he added with a bunch of laughing emoticons.

"I 'Siwa' I'm not like the rest of you n-----."

His fans then pointed out that 'Siwa' in the song actually means 'See Why.'

DaBaby later wrote a direct Tweet to Siwa and cleared the air, revealing that his daughter is a big fan of the Boomerang singer.

"@itsjojosiwa my 3 year old princess is your number 1 fan. I bought her every product you have out. She think she you.," he tweeted.

"Don't let em trick you into thinking id ever have a problem with you. My word play just went over their heads. All love on my end shawty, Keep shinning!"
