Prince Harry is said to be rethinking his fractured relationship with the Royal Family, with insiders claiming he “regrets some of his actions” and wants a “reset.”
The Duke of Sussex, 40, returned to the UK this week for the first time in months, carrying out charity visits before flying to Ukraine.
His trip included a private tea with King Charles, their first face-to-face meeting in 19 months.
The meeting at Clarence House lasted under an hour but has been hailed as a small yet significant step toward reconciliation.
A royal insider told the Daily Mail: “It’s become clear that Harry now regrets some of his actions. He wants to reset his relationship with his family and with the people of the UK."
"It’s hard to see him ever coming back to live in Britain, but this may be the start of something that at least allows them to be a functioning wider family again.”
Harry’s spokesperson also said: “He’s obviously loved being back in the UK, catching up with old friends, colleagues and just generally being able to support the incredible work of the causes that mean so much to him.”
PR expert Renae Smith called the visit a “real success,” praising Harry for his authenticity.
She added: “Philanthropy is his safest and strongest space. It plays to his strengths without inviting controversy.”
