Meghan Markle paid a heartfelt tribute to victims of the devastating California wildfires in the latest season of her Netflix show With Love, Meghan.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, dedicated episode seven of the second season to first responders and those impacted by the early 2025 fires.

The episode, filmed in Malibu, concluded with a message that read: “This episode, filmed in the heart of Malibu, is dedicated to the first responders and all those affected by the devastating fires that swept through communities across California in early 2025. With love, to all our neighbours.”

The tribute holds special significance for Meghan, who grew up in Los Angeles and returned to California with Prince Harry in 2020 after stepping back from royal duties.

Earlier this year, Meghan delayed the debut of With Love, Meghan out of respect for fire victims.

She and Harry also volunteered in Pasadena with World Central Kitchen, distributing food and supplies to those displaced by the Eaton Fire.

The couple even opened their Montecito home to friends forced to evacuate.

For Meghan, the on-screen dedication underscored her connection to her home state and her ongoing efforts to support communities in crisis.
