Prince Harry has announced that he will return to the UK in September to attend an event close to his heart.
The Duke of Sussex confirmed his UK plans after a secret 'peace summit' between his and King Charles III's close aides in London.
Harry will attend the 2025 WellChild Awards on September 8 in London, which will coincide with the third anniversary of his late grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
The visit raises speculation about whether the Duke will meet with either his estranged father King Charles or brother Prince William during the trip, with some claiming he could avoid cameras to see his loved ones.
"It's the 8th of September, these awards, which is the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death. So I suspect, it's not been confirmed, but I suspect he may make a trip to Windsor Castle to pay respects at the grave of his grandmother at St George's Chapel for a private visit,' claimed GB News' royal correspondent Cameron Walker.
The royal commentator went on to say, "I'd be highly surprised if he didn't do that. I think we would know after the fact, because I think somebody would leak it, whether it's from his camp or from Buckingham Palace or Kensington Palace. I think somebody would be able to find out."
However, Harry's wife Meghan Markle and their two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are not expected to join the Duke due to security reasons.
It will be Prince Harry's first trip to the UK since losing a court battle with the Home Office over his security.
After losing a Court of Appeal challenge over his security arrangements in May, Harry told BBC: “I can't see a world where I would be bringing my wife and kids back to the UK at this point.”
