A royal expert has made a bold prediction about Kate Middleton’s future, claiming the Princess of Wales is entering her “prime” after enduring what has been described as a brutal year marked by illness and public scrutiny.
As the Princess of Wales continues her gradual return to royal duties following her cancer recovery, experts believe the future queen has emerged stronger.
Royal historian Amanda Foreman told People magazine that Kate’s journey over the past year went far beyond a physical health battle.
“This is someone who stared down the abyss. She didn’t just face a life-threatening illness, the global Internet went after her. It was a character assassination.”
“She has that steeliness and that tremendous charm and that smile,” she explained.
“It’s the combination of a willingness to show vulnerability but at the same time not being vulnerable.”
Another royal biographer, Catherine Mayer, believes the Princess of Wales has entered a defining stage of her royal life.
“She is in this confident phase where she is able to define who she is, what she does, and how much she does. In that sense, she’s approaching her prime. Kate looks like our idea of a future queen”, she said.
Despite keeping a lighter schedule, 2025 still delivered standout royal moments for the Princess. She attended three state banquets, each featuring a striking tiara appearance.
One of the most notable came on December 3, when she attended the German state banquet at Windsor Castle wearing a new tiara for the first time.
