Kate Middleton has once again proven that her choices carry more meaning than meets the eye and this time offering a touching tribute to Prince William after what has been described as their most “difficult” year yet.
At the funeral of the late Duchess of Kent last week, the Princess of Wales, 42, was seen wearing a striking stack of five rings on her engagement finger.
Each band is said to represent a different milestone in her life with Prince William.
At the centre is the iconic sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring once belonging to Princess Diana, a powerful symbol of continuity and William’s enduring bond with his late mother.
Next to it sits her simple Welsh gold wedding band, a royal family tradition.
She also wore a diamond eternity ring, gifted by William after the birth of Prince George, which represents the beginning of their family with Charlotte and Louis.
