Kensington Palace issued a major update on Prince William amid the Wales family's summer holiday.
As per reports, the Prince of Wales will travel to Switzerland to extend his support to England's women's football team after they qualify for finals in UEFA Women's Euro 2025.
William, who is patron of the Football Association, will grace the stadium with his presence at the finale of Women's Euros in Basel.
Notably, the future King also celebrated Lionesses' victory against Italy in the semi-final with an uplifting message.
He wrote, "Brilliant performance @Lionesses! One game from glory!"
King Charles also released a personal statement in order to laud the admirable performance of England's team.
He extended heartiest congratulations on behalf of himself and Queen Camilla on reaching the final of the UEFA EURO tournament.
The monarch wrote, "Your journey to this stage has been nothing short of remarkable, showcasing the skill, determination (and test of nerve!) for which your team is so rightly celebrated."
"Knowing the Lionesses' fighting spirit, I suspect we are in for another thrilling encounter on Sunday. Your achievements continue to inspire countless girls and women across the nation, proving once again that with dedication and teamwork, anything is possible."
