Royal watchers and pop culture fans alike are spiralling after a candid photo of the former talk show host surfaced on X, with many claiming she now looks exactly like King Charles.
In the viral snap, Ellen, 67, is seen in a blue-and-white striped shirt, casually strolling in what appears to be a paparazzi moment.
One user, @JebraFaushay, posted the image with the caption: “Ellen moved to England and turned into an old British man with big ears.”
Another simply replied, “Sure did,” while a third chimed in with: “Not a good look.”
The comparisons didn’t stop there. A side-by-side image of Ellen and a younger King Charles began circulating, captioned: “Spot the difference.” One user even joked: “Damn, she’s transforming into King Charles.”
Since 2024, Ellen and her wife Portia de Rossi have been living in the Cotswolds, and the comedian recently told a Cheltenham crowd, “Life is just better in the UK.”
