One of the most high-profile celebrity trials in recent memory now has a verdict.

Over the course of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial, the jurors heard horrifying testimonies from Casandra Ventura, better known as Cassie, Kid Cudi and former employees.

They were also shown tapes of the infamous freak-off parties, which received mixed reactions.

This week, the much scrutinised jury began its deliberation to determine Diddy’s fate.

However, the first day did not go as smoothly as Judge Arun Subramanian would have liked.

The New York Post reported that around midday on Monday, the jurors sent a note to the judge to complain about one of its own members.

In their note, the jury pointed out “Juror 25,” who apparently is struggling to follow Subramanian’s instructions.

Despite facing disruptions from within, the jury reached its verdict in just three days.

The rapper has been found guilty of two counts of transporting Cassie and other sex workers across state lines to engage in prostitution.

However, the music mogul was controversially found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.

According to TMZ, Diddy rejoiced after hearing the mixed verdict and told his family, “I'm coming home,” which is a reference to his 2010 song Coming Home.

The artist’s family was also visibly pleased with the outcome when they left the court, with clips surfacing of his fans spraying baby oil on each other.

What is next in Diddy’s trial?

Judge Arun Subramanian has scheduled a hearing on July 8 to discuss with both sides when to carry out the sentencing.
