Kelly Clarkson, singer and host of The Kelly Clarkson Show, has been absent from it for over a week, leading viewers and fans to confusion.
Although several celebrities stepped in to fill in for her absence, speculation about her lack of presence continued.
However, according to TMZ, there is nothing to be concerned about, "Kelly herself is completely fine. She's been dealing with a personal matter that does not directly involve her."
The insider also claimed that she will be returning to the beloved show from Thursday, March 13.
Based on the weekly listings from The Kelly Clarkson Show, she will be on air for the March 18, 20, and 21 episodes.
Shang Chi actor Simu Liu was one of the first celebrities to step in for the singer, and he admitted that he hadn't received much notice before taking on the episode.
"Kelly actually isn't able to make it today. We are sending her our very best, and here's the thing. I did not know I was doing this until about five minutes ago when I arrived here to promote my new movie, 'Last Breath’,” the actor explained.
Before him, the comedian Roy Wood Jr. stepped in for the February 28 episode as well as the one on March 6.
