Cinderella to take stage at 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade 2022

The glass slipper princess is coming to Philadelphia.

According to 6Abc, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, personified by Kat Brunner at the Walnut Street Theatre, is set to perform at this year’s 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade on the Ben Franklin Pathway.

"I watched it as a kid on Thanksgiving morning," Brunner expressed her excitement, "but I've never actually been to the parade. This is going to be a first time for me to actually be there. It's very exciting to be performing in it. It's kind of surreal."

The Hatboro native and her co-stars will perform the hit song Impossible.

Brunner began her professional career when she was only eight, at the Walnut Street Theatre.
