Elizabeth Olsen has responded to the rumours regarding her casting in House of the Dragon season 2.
During an appearance at Variety's Power of Women gala in Los Angeles, Elizabeth Olsen responded to the circulating reports about being approached for House of the Dragon season 2.
According to Pinkvilla, not only Elizabeth Olsen but Henry Cavill was also rumoured to be approached for the series reboot.
The Marvel actress out rightly denied the rumours and said, "I don't know how things, like rumours like that, get started, and then people think they're legitimate."
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the actress clarified, "Dream casting is fun, yeah, but I heard it was, like, announced though, which is weirder. I never heard of such a thing."
Elizabeth Olsen had previously auditioned for the role of Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones but as everyone is aware, the role went to Emilia Clarke.
