Paramore Drops New Single Video with album release date

With the release of "This Is Why," the Nashville-based band's first new song (and music) since 2017, the new era for Paramore has officially begun. The group also announced that its eagerly anticipated sixth studio album, also titled, would be released on February 10 of 2019 by Atlantic Records.

“Entering back into a world — and cultural landscape — very different from the one they last participated in, Paramore have returned with a song about exactly that,” reads the single’s press release.

The North American tour is set to start on October 2 at the Mechanics Bank Theater in Bakersfield, California, and will include festival appearances at Austin City Limits and When We Were Young as well as an "intimate" performance on November 13 at the Beacon Theater in New York.
