Lilo and Stitch: Disney's all-time favourite revives as live-action
Disney's animation, Lilo and Stitch, is all set for a live-action remake by Dean Fleischer Camp
Undoubtedly, Lilo and Stitch was the most favourite and watched animated movie aired on Disney and now it is coming back as a live-action animated movie under the helm of Dean Fleischer Camp.
The director was also responsible for the critical success of Marcel The Shell With Shoes On, an animated movie.
The expected animated movie will be produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich of Rideback.
Also, Rideback’s Ryan Halprin will executive produce.
As of yet, it is not decided whether the movie will be theatrical or picked by Disney+.
The 2002 released film, featured the unforgiving bond of friendship between a human, Lilo, and an alien named Stitch, who was engineered to be a force of destruction.
Lilo and Stitch formed a bond that no one could break.
As for Camp, this would be his first live-action film at a major studio after the recent release of his animated pic Marcel The Shell With Shoes On.
