Timothee Chalamet was born in New York City, America, and grew up in Manhattan with his French father, mother and sister.

Chalamet was a natural born actor and began acting as a youngster in commercials and plays.

He attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, New York City which set him up for a soaring career in films.

Around this time he made his off-Broadway debut in The Talls in 2011. In 2012 he had recurring roles on the TV series Royal Pains and Homeland.

Chalamet’s breakthrough came in the form of Call Me by Your Name in 2017, which led him to become the youngest performer in 80 years to receive an Academy Award nomination for best actor.

This role led to a series of blockbuster films one after the other, including, Lady Bird, Hostiles, and Hot Summer Nights, all in 2017, and then Beautiful Boy in 2018.

Chalamet also got to explore his musical talents in movies like Wonka musical, based on Roald Dahl’s story and then Bob Dylan’s biopic, A Complete Unknown.

Chalamet has been romantically linked with Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Leon, Lily-Rose Depp, Eiza Gonzalez, and he is currently in a relationship with Kylie Jenner. According to recent reports, the couple is very happy together. They recently made their red-carpet debut on the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome.
