Eminem regrets siding with Chris Brown for assault against Rihanna

Eminem recently released a new music album called Music To Be Murdered By: Side B, he addressed many issues through the album from apologizing to Rihanna, highlighting the coronavirus pandemic to calling out sexual harassers.

According to Entertainment Weekly, in 2019, Eminem’s verse was leaked which was not released but the verse was Of course I side with Chris Brown / I'd beat a bitch down too.

Chris was found guilty of felony assault and was sentenced to five community service and probation following dispute with Rihanna who was his girlfriend back then.

Eminem and the pop star have collaborated multiple times and the 48-year-old’s remarks were disappointing for many fans.

After the verse was leaked the rapper’s representative released a statement and said, “After Eminem recorded it, he scrapped it and rewrote it”.

However, the songwriter has realized his mistake and apologized through his new song Zeus, in which he can be heard rhyming Long as I re-promise to be honest / And wholeheartedly, [I give to] apologies, Rihanna / For that song that leaked / I'm sorry, Ri / It wasn't meant to cause you grief / Regardless, it was wrong of me.
