Tulisa Contostavlos has opened up on a frightening new health scare.

The 37-year-old pop star revealed she’s been left with “minor paralysis” after suffering a Bell’s palsy attack.

The former N-Dubz singer shared the emotional update with fans after undergoing surgery to remove three cysts, a long-running issue she says contributed to facial swelling and her neurological condition.

Posting candid snaps from her hospital bed, Tulisa showed the painful reality behind the glam, with visible swelling on one side of her face. 

But it wasn’t just physical strain that triggered the episode, the Ouch singer revealed devastating personal news hit her on the very same day.

Her “soul sister” has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, leaving Tulisa reeling. 

The shock, combined with post-surgery sickness, reportedly caused intense pressure that sparked the Bell’s palsy flare-up.

Despite the ordeal, the Strong Again hitmaker is determined to stay positive. 

She told fans she’s now recovering in bed, with doctors assuring her the paralysis should ease within a week.

In true tabloid drama, the star’s month has been a rollercoaster, from “hellish” nicotine withdrawals after quitting cigarettes, to hormonal struggles that forced her to cancel fertility treatment.

Yet the songstress is refusing to be defeated. 

Counting her blessings, she praised her friend’s strength, celebrated being smoke-free, and highlighted progress in her health and business ventures.
