Pennsylvania Attorney General’s video bombed interview wins the internet

Pennsylvania Attorney General was being interviewed on the show Friday evening when his son walked into the room while using his phone. Unaware of being on national television, the teenager looked up and froze for a while when his eyes caught the camera. The kid slowly stepped backwards and went out of the room as his father continued to talk.

Owning the father-son moment, Shapiro took to Twitter to comment on the incident by joking, “I'm taking his phone away for 24 hours" while using the crying-laughing emojis.

The captured moment caught everyone’s attention as the video went viral on the bird-app and people couldn’t help commenting.

Bloomberg reporter Justin Sink shared the video and said, “this teen wins election night 4.0.”

CNN reporter Jake Tapper tweeted the video and wrote, “I love this so much" along with the hashtag #DadLife” while his colleague Abby Phillip called it “Hilarious.”

Former Saturday Night Live star Leslie Jones also joined the party and said, "YOOOOOO THAT IS FUNNY!! He didn't even flinch lol." Going with the flow," Shapiro responded with, “I can take the kid or the cuckoo clock out of the shot — but not both. Your choice."

Comedian Kathy Griffin also commented on the event and told Shapiro that his son is a “national hero” and that “we love him!”

Teenager’s sister Sophia also enjoyed the clout that came with her brother becoming a meme. She wrote, “My brother is a meme now and I am here for it.”
