Simon Cowell shuns veganism to ‘rebuild strength after e-bike incident

Renowned TV personality and American idol judge Simon Cowell recently gave up his vegan lifestyle, all to build back his strength following a nasty e-bike accident.

For the unversed, the 61-year-old nearly lost the use of his body below the waist, after his e-bike accident left him with a fractured spine. However, according to recent reports, the judge’s treatment is going by smoothly, and per to one of his closest friends Sinitta, Simon is “bright, happy and clear.”

Sinitta discussed her interaction with Simon during an interview with Female First and was even quoted saying, “I spoke to him last week and he sounded so much better. He wasn’t dazed, sedated or weak. He was really bright, happy and clear. He’s gained a bit of weight and is looking healthier.”

“He said he had to start eating protein, calcium and break his vegan diet to rebuild his strength. That’s the wisest thing. He was bloated and stressed, then he was too thin and exhausted.”

Sinitta set fans at peace when she explained, “Now he is fit and relaxed. He’s found his sweet spot. He sounds relieved and exhilarated. The sea air is so healing and rejuvenating.”
