The exes were both quite busy with their respective careers, Keith was on his High and Alive World Tour since May and Nicole was working with Blake Shelton and Gretchen Wilson on the CBS reality show The Road.
“He is all over the place, all the time,” the insider stated of the country singer adding of the actress, “Nicole has always been able to be a force with work and be a constant presence in her children’s lives.”
They emphasised that the Academy Award winner is very busy with work but also prioritises her four children, two of which she shares with Tom Cruise.
Nicole has been married twice, with her first marriage to Tom Cruise lasting from 1990 to 2001.
