Estranged Hollywood couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban signed a parenting plan to share responsibilities and care for their children following their divorce.
According to court documents, the Oscar-winning actress and the Grammy-winning singer, who share two daughters, must not speak ill of the other parent or their family in front of the children.
The parenting plan also states that the estranged couple will “encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and feel comfortable in both families.”
The court has directed both Kidman and Urban to attend a parenting seminar within 60 days of their divorce filing.
Kidman filed for divorce from Urban on Tuesday, Sept. 30. However, the parenting arrangement outlined in the paperwork is not new; Kidman signed the documents on Sept. 6, followed by Urban on Aug. 29.
Court filings show the pair agreed that Kidman will serve as the primary residential parent of their daughters.
Under the plan, Kidman will spend 306 days with them, while Urban will have 59, giving the Holland star more than five times the custody days of her estranged husband.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban share two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. In addition to her teenage daughters, Kidman shares son Connor, 30, and daughter Bella, 32, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
