Brad Pitt sparks family tension with latest decision

Brad Pitt is back in the spotlight, this time over a personal decision that reportedly upset his family. 

The 61-year-old actor, celebrated for his iconic roles, has quietly sold his Los Feliz residence, a home that held deep sentimental value for him, his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, and their children.

The property, where the family shared countless memories, was reportedly purchased by Elvis star Austin Butler. 

Sources suggest the sale has particularly stung Pitt’s eldest son, Maddox, as the home represented a cherished part of his childhood. 

Maddox, already distant from his father following the Troy star's high-profile split from Jolie, is said to be further strained by the move.

Insiders say the decision to sell was influenced by a frightening break-in earlier this year, when thieves smashed a window and stole valuables. 

Although arrests were made, the incident reportedly left Pitt unsettled, prompting him to let go of the family home.
