Brad Pitt has been spotted filming a sequel to his momentous film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, but reporters caught him in an awkward moment.

The Hollywood A-lister was papped digging his finger inside his mouth as he picked his tooth on the balcony of the upcoming movie set.

Pitt was in Malibu over the weekend for the filming of The Adventures of Cliff Booth, the sequel to Quentin Tarantino's 2019 film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood follows fading TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) as they navigate late-1960s Hollywood.

As the industry shifts, Rick struggles to stay relevant while his neighbour, Sharon Tate, enjoys rising fame.

The sequel comes under the direction of David Fincher and shifts its lens toward Cliff Booth, the stuntman who once doubled for actor Rick Dalton in the original film.

According to IMDb, DiCaprio is not listed among the credits, with the story instead diving deeper into Booth’s backstory as he steps into his new life as a Hollywood fixer.

The actor looked every bit the ’70s hero in a midnight-blue track jacket, jeans, and aviator shades. He has also re-adopted Cliff's long, beachy locks for the role.
