Meghan Markle, Prince Harry 'in talks' about sending Archie, Lilibet to UK

Prince Harry is reportedly keen for his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to be educated in Britain, but Meghan Markle may need more convincing.

According to the Daily Mail, the Duke of Sussex has “serious reservations” about American schools and believes Archie, six, and Lilibet, four, could have a stronger education in the UK. 

A friend of the Duke revealed there is “still some negotiation for Harry to have with Meghan” on the matter, as the Duchess is said to be less enthusiastic about the idea.

Reports suggest Meghan is not a fan of traditional British boarding schools, making the decision far from settled. 

Given Archie and Lilibet’s young age, insiders say the discussion is more about long-term planning than immediate moves.

King Charles is said to be “delighted” by the prospect of his grandchildren spending more time in the UK, which would bring them closer to the Royal Family after years of distance.
