Prince Harry is back in the UK for a four-day visit, arriving at Heathrow on Monday morning, the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s death.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, marked the occasion with a private visit to Windsor, laying flowers at his grandmother’s grave, before stepping out in London for the 2025 WellChild Awards, where he has served as patron for 17 years.
While the trip is packed with engagements, one lingering question remains: where will Harry stay, given reports he has not been offered accommodation at any royal residence?
One possibility is Althorp House, Princess Diana’s ancestral home. Harry’s uncle, Earl Charles Spencer, still lives at the estate and is said to remain close to his nephew.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Express.co.uk: “It is possible that Harry may visit Althorp on his visit. He has remained close to his uncle.”
Another option could be Frogmore Cottage, the Windsor property gifted to Harry and Meghan by the late Queen after their 2018 wedding.
However, the couple returned the keys in 2023 after Harry’s memoir Spare. While unlikely, the empty residence technically remains an option.
Finally, Harry may choose a luxury London hotel, as he has in past visits. Security and privacy are priorities, so the exact location would be kept under wraps.
Wherever Harry stays, his presence in the UK is already fuelling speculation about possible reunions with his family.
