Snoop Dogg and Eli Roth have teamed up for a horror film that, according to them, is something unlike anything anyone has ever seen.
As per Deadline, the 53-year-old singer will write and produce the soundtrack for the upcoming movie, Don’t Go in That House B****! While Eli will take the directorial seat.
In conversation with the above-mentioned outlet, the filmmaker revealed that Snoop loves horror films, and it was the ultimate collaboration.
He said, “When I shared the idea with Snoop, he got it immediately, and it was a no-brainer to make this film together.”
The feature will be taken to the upcoming Toronto Film Festival to select international buyers, which he describes as “the craziest from both of us, just don’t say we didn’t warn you.”
Though plot and casting details are being kept under wraps, netizens speculate it might be released after the festival is over.
Notably, Don’t Go in That House B****! is produced by Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh, who previously stated that they are proud to work alongside “two trailblazing creatives.”
Meanwhile, Snoop is preparing for his latest animated movie, Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie, in which his character hasn’t been revealed yet; however, the chart topper was cast alongside Jameela Jamil, Terry Crews and Paris Hilton.
For the unversed, the movie’s release date has been moved from 24 July 2026 to 14 August 2026.
Snoop Dogg has won two Emmy awards, first in 2022 for his performance at the Super Bowl LVI halftime show and a Sports Emmy in 2025 for his coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympics with Martha Stewart.
