Pamela Anderson and Guy Pearce are teaming up to star in an indie musical film titled Queen of the Falls.
As per Deadline, the film is produced by Mollye Asher and Shruti Ganguly and will be directed by the duo Rania Attieh and Daniel Garcia.
Though plot and cast details are being kept under wraps, fans are aware the film will follow two lovers who are on the run. They speculate that the film might begin production in 2026.
The musical’s soundtrack will be created by the Grammy-winning composer, Marius De Vries, with Celia Rowlson Hall leading the choreography.
Netizens took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their sentiments about the upcoming project. One fan wrote, “This is an interesting duo.” Another well-wisher penned, “She’s back to making a name for herself. Good for her.”
Notably, the 58-year-old actress recently starred alongside her boyfriend, Liam Neeson, in The Naked Gun reboot, while Guy Pearce led the 2024 blockbuster, The Brutalist.
Previously, in conversation with Collider, Anderson expressed her excitement at her career resurgence from the 2024 film, The Last Showgirl.
She said, “It just ticked all the boxes for me and made me feel alive. I felt such relief when I read it. I’ve never been offered anything like it. So, I was all in, times a thousand, times a million."
For the unversed, the Baywatch star has a packed schedule as she’s currently busy filming Place to Be.
The couple hasn’t officially commented on the status of their relationship yet, but at the premiere of The Naked Gun, Pamela kissed Liam’s cheeks on the red carpet.
