Lana Del Rey has left fans scratching their heads after yet another twist in her ever-changing 10th studio album saga.
The Summertime Sadness singer initially teased the record in 2024 under the name Lasso, with a planned release in May 2025.
She then swapped it for The Right Person Will Stay, hinting it would drop next month.
But now, in a recent interview with W Magazine, Lana revealed the album has undergone another name change to the unusual Stove and is set for a likely release at the end of January 2026.
The 40-year-old popstar admitted the delay came as she decided to add six more tracks, describing them as “more autobiographical than I thought,” which required extra time.
The songstress previously hinted at a lighter, more reflective approach to her lyrics, but she has kept most details under wraps.
Fans, however, haven’t taken the latest update in stride.
Social media lit up with jokes and bemusement, including comments such as, “Trying to be a fan of the current Lana Del Rey is so hard cuz wdym her upcoming album is called ‘Stove’” and “Lana naming her new album Stove cuz she’s gonna cook.”
Others poked fun at the frequent title changes, tweeting, “Lana Del Rey fans watching her change the album title every month to end up with… Stove.”
Lana Del Rey’s biggest hits include Summertime Sadness, Video Games, Born to Die, Young and Beautiful, and Love.
She’s known for her cinematic, melancholic style that blends nostalgia with modern pop.
