Who is replacing Kate Middletons trusted aide Natasha Archer?

Kate Middleton is facing a major change behind the scenes as her longtime aide and friend, Natasha Archer, steps down after over a decade of service.

Natasha, who doubled as an unofficial stylist for the Princess of Wales, is reportedly launching her own luxury consultancy, but royal fans think they’ve already spotted her potential replacement.

According to Hello!, speculation is swirling around Virginia Chadwyck-Healey, aka Ginnie, a former Vogue editor who has a long history with Kate.

Ginnie previously styled the princess during Natasha’s maternity leave in 2019 and even attended William and Kate’s 2011 wedding, hinting at their enduring friendship.

Ginnie now runs her own consultancy, VCH Style, and founded The Fairground, a platform for ethical fashion brands.

Royal watchers noted that Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, wore a dress from Ginnie’s Beulah x VCH collection at Wimbledon this week, fuelling talk that Ginnie could be stepping into the coveted “right-hand woman” role.

While Kensington Palace hasn’t confirmed who will officially replace Natasha, insiders suggest Kate and Natasha will remain close, with Natasha among the few who visited Kate during her hospital stay in January.
