One of the people closest to Kate Middleton is saying goodbye to the Princess of Wales and leaving the palace after staying there for 15 years.
As reported by E! News, the Kensington Palace has confirmed that Princess Catherine’s personal assistant Natasha ‘Tash’ Archer is switching careers.
She is taking a leap forward and setting up her own private consultancy.
In addition to being Kate’s personal assistant since 2010, Natasha also served as the future queen’s unofficial stylist.
The assistant-turned-stylist chose hundreds of dresses for Prince William’s wife and encouraged her to push the limits of royal fashion.
Natasha, who witnessed Kate’s entire journey of battling cancer, successfully created the Kate Middleton effect in the fashion industry, a phenomenon in which items sell out within moments of the 43-year-old wearing them.
The royal staffer, who married royal photographer Chris Jackson in 2017 and is a mother of two sons now, has also received accolades in recognition of her services.
In 2019, Natasha was honoured with Royal Victorian Order in the Queen’s honour list for her dedicated service.
Kate Middleton revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer in March 2024. She completed chemortherapy in September 2024. In January 2025, Princess Catherine announced that she was in remission.
